Analysis and review
To meet client requirements, we identify the needs before analyzing and executing the plan using appropriate tools and technology.
Design & Development
Client tasks are divided into several time intervals, depending on the complexity of the task. Each sprint ends with a result that is provided to the client for testing (UAT–User Acceptance testing), which informs the client about the need to verify the requirements he has established.
Integration
Each module previously developed within each sprint is then combined into a final integrated product. The software quality assurance team then performs functional testing. It also allows the client to initiate changes if required.
Quality and Guarantee
Software Quality Assurance (SQA) is performed on the final product to ensure that the designed functionality meets the client's requirements and is error-free. QA conducts penetration testing to ensure that the application/product is not vulnerable to cyber attacks etc.
Project and Achievement
Once the code is fully merged and passes quality checks, the product is handed over to the client for final review. During the post-warranty period, the customer can sign a service level agreement (SLA).
The final
The customer is given the opportunity to fully test the product, push it in various ways until it reaches complete satisfaction, anomalies or vulnerabilities in the product are communicated to the development team, who then immediately evaluate the anomaly and fix it as soon as possible.
